EPIRUS RALLY 2026

We are Capspeed, and as everyone knows, we never give up! … HOWEVER, every rule has its exception, because above all, we value the enjoyment, mental well-being, and physical safety of our entire team.
At the end of the fourth special stage, the front right brake caliper seized (!!!). With a temporary repair, we managed to reach the service area, where our mechanics did everything possible to get the brakes on our BMW working again, even if only partially.
We started the fifth special stage, but before the start, the caliper showed the same problem once again. We immediately decided that a few more trophies are not worth risking the safety of the crew or the spectators.
As luck would have it, there was a tavern right next to us, so all the retired crews – all friends among ourselves – gathered together and “drowned our sorrows” with beers and great food!
Epirus Rally Summary:
- The previous issues have been solved.
- The current ones will be solved as well!
- The car will soon be battle-ready once again!
