Racing Team

Love and passion for motor sports, of the owner of Capspeed, Kosta Kapourelakou, was appeared from a young age.

When he was 23 years old, he started running in races, claiming first places. The cars he has been running, over the years, are his own construction, which led him to create the Capspeed Racing Team. He takes care of their entire mechanical part and so he knows their limits and strengths. He builds exactly what he wants and so, the first place in the races he takes part in, is the only acceptable result, as you can see in the articles in our web site.

His co-pilot in the races, and, also, his manager, is his wife, Georgia Zampeli, which makes victories a family affair! Indicatively, in 2019, they received first place in category 4, “Historic Car Rally Drivers Cup”, winning more than 10 cups, each, during the year.

Capspeed’s team is not just Kostas and Georgia. Their progress in racing, has led to the growth of their team, with other drivers who run cars made by Capspeed. But also with cars that bear their logo, either because they are their sponsors, or because cars are made by Capspeed and they have the mechanical support.

The team is completed by two car mechanic assistants, who take care of the reliability during the races. In addition to the team potential, the accompanying vehicles, tools and the large ‘dowry’ of the races, they ensure the trouble-free and timely transfer of the team wherever it is needed, as well as their reliable and competitive appearance!

Capspeed Racing Team takes part in ascents, track races as well as asphalt and dirt rallies. The team’s vehicles are reliable and respond with great success wherever they compete, as they have the best mechanical support at their disposal.
