A few years ago, a co-athlete gave me a quartet of gravel braids … I really liked them and immediately used them in gravel rallies. In a special, the previous car “pulled out” a large stone on a fast right turn, with a loss, right on our line … The spectators did not manage to remove the stone and we hit it, with the right front wheel … A big sound heard and the car was on both wheels …! We finished the special stage normally! In the service park, the report: a broken pair of scissors, the tire was in pieces and the canopy had a real problem! The wheels did not even need balancing !!! A friend, who was watching the turn, conveyed to us how surprise where the spectators, that the car continued after such a hit! Since then, I use only braid, in gravel or asphalt rallies!<\/p>\n
